During this new Learning Workshop Series, Sophie Standke, International Senior Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Beam Suntory, spoke about how to lead and act inclusively for more meaningful interactions, better employee performance and higher engagement.
The challenges of the modern world demand equality, fairness and a workplace culture where everyone is valued, respected and heard. Inclusion is delivered through our behaviours every day. We discussed about how to contribute to create a more inclusive workplace for more engaged teams where all voices and insights are heard.
